My almost 12 year old girl has been training there for a while now, and just loving it. The team is friendly and motivating, and the practices are intense and professional. Highly recommend,
The many instructors have black belts in karate, taikwando, hapkido, and judo.. so if there is an art you want that's not on the class menu they can also do private sessions..
I'm so impressed with Sensei Alex's program. I remember visiting them very often in previous summers when I was an assistant director for a summer camp. The kids always loved the energy and their supportive guidance. Great role model and leader, always helping people grow. He even inspired me to start my own business, and I finally did it. It took 10 years, but seeing Alex create his dream as a young guy with integrity and passion planted a seed that I can do it too. Thanks for everything you do for your kids and community. You're one of a kind.
I have been taking adult Muay Thai classes at Amerikick for two months now and it has changed my life. The instructors and staff create a positive and energizing environment. I leave each class much more energized and at peace than when I arrive, even after having worked all day. What is particularly special is the combination of high intensity cardio and a focus on technique to perfect a self defense strategy tailored to each individual.

Amerikick Summer Camp is packed with fun and energy! This is the camp you want to be in if you enjoy fun games, trips, dancing, karate and much more!
So far my kids love it!!! The place is so nicely decorated. It can get a bit crowded so arrive 15 minutes before class. The staff is very assertive when directing the students. They are attentive and keep the energy flowing.

My little girl do karate at Amerikick for little over a year now! She absolutely love it from the beginning! The instructors are great with little kids! And miss Ada at the front desk is always there to welcome you and help you with everything! Great place !!!
Amerikick has been such a great experience for my 10 yr old son. We did the 6 week boot camp and within the first week he was already doing chores and being more obedient. Thus program not only helps children to learn martial arts but also installs discipline in a fun nurturing way that kids want to on their own.
We defiantly recommend this program.
The entire staff is simply amazing! They are well organized, have many programs and initiatives to include not only their students but the entire family in. I couldn't have asked for such wonderful role models to my son. The Senseis are very approachables and willing to work with your child and whatever needs and challenges your child might have. I love the system they have implemented to develop good character traits that goes along to what I teach at home (so my son knows that it is not only mom who pushes him to be the best he can be, therefore, validates what I teach at home in terms of principles, values, pro-social skills, among others). Their dedication and patience it is very much appreciated! ( PS: they also visit their student's schools so their impact is also with the entire community.... I can't wait for them to visit my son's school this year!)

My son has really enjoyed his experience here. All the senseis have been incredibly patient with him - as 3 year old, his attention span is low! Yet, he remains engaged throughout the class and is excited to go 2x a week or more. We will definitely be re-enrolling for another great year!

Great Place, Great Teacher's, And Man they can throw a Party!! They are awesome with working with Kid's, They don't only teach them Karate but they teach them how to be Respectful, have Self control, Leadership, and etc. Our kids Love going and its Helping Our youngest one So much!

I just had career day and this place looks amazing after one of the sensei's came to my school. I don't know If he is here but if one you up you guys know him he is kinda blind in one eye and stuff and that's terrible.
Amerikick is a wonderful place not only do they teach you how to defend yourself but they also teach you how to have respect,focus,and control. The amerikick staff members aren't only instructors but they're also family.
My son has been going to AmeriKick for nearly a year. He has grown so much since taking karate, and I cannot say enough good things about the instructors. Each Sensei, including Sensei Alex, who has worked with my son is amazing. Of course, we have our favorite instructors, but there's something special about each Sensei at AmeriKick which we love. Some examples ... we were taking Sunday classes with Sensei Dennis, Sensei Johnny and Sensei Gerald, and they are so supportive of my son, who has a speech disorder and some sensory issues. They also show incredible patience with ALL the students. Due to personal scheduling changes, we switched to weekday classes once my son started PreK. But we absolutely love the structure and balance of Sensei Ricky's classes. He has an incredible way of getting and holding the students' attention. Sensei Ricky makes every class different while fun. He's also firm but fair with the students. Sensei Niko has shown great improvement with the students since we first started attending his classes, too. Senseis Phoebe and Joshua along with Sensei Dennis made our son's 4th birthday party extra special (highly recommend adding the power poppers to your next birthday party there lol). No matter which Sensei instructs your child's class, you will be happy! However, we do have a special fondness for Sensei Jose, who is not only an awesome instructor, but has shown great compassion for my son on his "off" days. Sensei Jose is able to work with my son, and get him to participate in the class again. We have also seen him successfully work with students of all ages. He's funny, challenges the students and makes the classes memorable. And last but certainly, not least, Ms. Ada, who manages the front desk makes it a pleasure to walk into the karate studio each time. She is the heart of AmeriKick, and remembers everyone's name in addition to being awesome at her job!
AmeriKick kicks butt! I'm an adult taking muay thai classes under Sensei Niko. Niko and all of the other senseis are great, and they're always available to hear you out and help you with your moves. It's not only a great physical workout, but a mental one too. Not only does it teach you self-discipline, but you come to be a part of the AmeriKick family, and that makes me happy, so I should imagine that this is equally great for the kids who are taking karate. Since my son started karate he has not only gained confidence and dedication but he's gained a family. I began a kickboxing trial shortly after and I, too, have gained a family. Not only that but after just 2 months of kickboxing I feel more in shape than I have in a decade. I love it here.

Ms. Ada and Sensei Niko made it their business to make him feel at ease and welcoming.
What makes AmeriKick special is how nurturing they are for young children. The student-teacher ratio is great and they have the patience for and adapt to kids of all skill levels and interest. We first started with Amerikick Summer camp just as a way for my children to channel their energy and focus. Over the past year, my children have exceeded our expectation. In additions they have developed better flexibility and acrobatic skills. Our children's favorite part of Amerikick is their special demonstration and competition teams. These are programs for high performing children who can participate to learn a whole other level of commitment and comradery of being a team.
