I have been going to this location for about three weeks now and I love it! I am a beginner yogi (beginning here) and I must admit I was intimidated to come to a yoga studio but it's been great. I've been going to the slow flow yoga class which is perfect for beginners. The instructors are great at breaking things down and explaining fundamental techniques in a relaxed environment. I feel myself getting stronger and more flexible everytime. Acro yoga is also a fun and challenging class I tried once. I definitely will be continuing yoga as a part of my fitness regimen.
Janice is a fantastic professional, and provided exactly what my team needed during an team offsite. She tailored the class to my request for a more beginner level but still made it fun! It was a great opportunity to bond as a team and I'm so glad we had Janice be a part of it. Thanks Janice!
Great Yoga Instructor - Janice knows her stuff and listens to your needs. I am 52 and most Yoga instructors are not understanding enough to realize that lessons need to be adjusted for my age. She adapted a program for me and the results have been incredible. In less than 6 months my flexibility has improved tremendously and I even lost 15 pounds. I know I sound like an infomercial - but it is the truth and I recommend her 100%.
