Enja is absolutely the best. I have been doing weekly sessions with her for 5-6 months now. I had recently quit my gym membership because I dreaded going, and was looking for something different to improve my posture and counteract the effects of long hours at a desk-bound job. I had tried a Pilates session once in another city and had enjoyed it, so I turned to the Internet and found Enja. I can genuinely say I look forward to each session (which is saying a lot coming from a self-proclaimed exercise hater). She is attentive and wholly focused on me for the entirety of each session - correcting my positioning, noticing when something doesn't feel right for me, etc. It is a real treat to notice that I am getting better at various exercises from week to week, and to feel that a genuine difference is being made. My posture is better and I am less sore/uncomfortable after a day at the office, not to mention how amazing I feel for at least a whole day after a session. It's a bonus that I'm starting to notice I'm developing a little bit of a "Pilates body"!
I highly, highly recommend Enja. Sessions with her are absolutely worth the price, as the quality of the experience is not even in the same universe as something like a group Pilates class. I will be a loyal client for a long time to come!
