Best yoga class in the city! Always play great music and instructors are super friendly!
Y7 is just the yoga studio I needed. Judgement free since it happens in the dark, and every flow class is different! Katya's instruction technique is accepting and welcoming, she makes everyone feel comfortable to push themselves, but also be okay just doing their best for that day. I look forward to her 4:30pm Tuesday flow every.single.week!
First time to this studio. Took a bit longer to get here than expected not to mention 3 flights of stairs. Arrived 2 minutes late and was denied entry. New comers take note. I wish they there would have been more receptive or offered some alternative such as another studio or time so I could try the class. I was not provided manager information when requested. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this studio.
Zero grace period after class begins - newbies beware, especially in busy classes. Tried to walk-in, Erin saved the day sending me to catch a class at SoHo location. Love the flow here, and candlelight, but many may find it difficult to relax with explicit lyrics. Maybe just caught a particularly rough playlist but I struggled, for sure.

We arrived a bit later than recommended but the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is small and it was very packed. There was a line to change clothes. I recommend you change priory to going. The yoga room was big and packed with people. The instructor was great and helpful. We loved it!

What did I ever do without this yoga studio?! I LIVE for their Hip-Hop Wednesdays classes - there's nothing like flowing to Drake and Kanye to kick the midweek blues. The Flatiron location is my favorite of their three studios (the other two are in Soho & Williamsburg). It has a great, chill vibe - the staff is super welcoming & friendly and no one is taking themselves too seriously here. Whether you're a yoga newbie or longtime ashtanga devotee, you'll feel right at home. Just remember to bring lots of water - this is hot yoga, so the studio is heated to around 90 degrees. Also good to know: there are no showers at this location, and mats/towels cost $5 to rent.
