Spacious and well maintained. You have to bring your own bottle for water and ask for earplugs.
I want to come back for more! Haven't done indoor cycling for about a decade. So pleased I rediscovered this format and had the good fortune to end up in a class at this place. Expertly taught, with great music and the right intensity.

Free clip-in shoe rental, water, towel, and fruit. And plenty of showers and awesome Bliss products to refresh afterwards. My favorite spin studio in the city. It also helps this location is near TJ's. Workout then groceries run.
I've been coming to this flywheel location for the past year through classpass. The three showers in the mens locker room is usually enough so there's not a long wait. However, I do feel that the instructor quality has declined since I first started going.
I feel amazing ever time I leave this place! Great workout and some nice healthy competition. I'm inspired by the teacher and the group to push myself harder. Thank you!
