I like the sportswear for men and women. They are good quality of reasonable price if you get them them on sale. ;)
The staff was extremely kind to my family. They helped find a pair a pants for my sister and would not stop trying to find the right pair until it fit perfectly. Every staff had a great smile on there face.
Wait, what ! I went to this store because it is marketed as their "Flagship Location" with 11,500 feet of space. What I found was the same sized store as pretty much every other location worldwide with the same inventory and prices. The 11,500 feet come from a basement area with couches you can go to if you want to relax.
The clothes are very good quality. They are a little over priced but the biggest problem this brand has is inventory management. It's as if they don't use computers to track sales. I wear size 30 shorts and a medium shirt. Odds are 30% they will have my size in stock in any given color.

Best shopping experience i've had in a while. Staff was very attentive while not being intrusive.

Came here to get some items for my fiance.. I knew nothing about women's yoga wear.. although I only managed to get 1 out of the 4 items, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Love this place, anything soccer you'll find here. I go a lot for the pain spray they sell there. It's 10 bucks so I always but 5 or 6 just in case. I recommend it for any pain having to do with your bones.
I have been to this store for Lululemon products a number of times and I have always felt welcomed. I echo those who have stated that the staff is helpful but not pushy. Thank you Lululemon staff for doing a good job in providing good customer service all the time to all persons.

I know, people tell me that Lululemon is more of a younger person's store, but when I do yoga, or even just running on a treadmill, these clothes are awesome to work out in. They are light, comfortable on the skin, and I definitely feel a difference in terms of blood flow and looseness of my muscles when I wear their shirts and pants, as opposed to wearing normal clothes.
I know, people tell me that Lululemon is more of a younger person's store, but when I do yoga, or even just running on a treadmill, these clothes are awesome to work out in. I really like their clothes! But customer service needs a lot of work here.
I don't really write reviews for clothing stores, but I had such a great experience here, so why not? First of all- their clothes are life changing, they're extremely comfy but also quite expensive. The staff here are so helpful- getting your perfect fit and clothes and give you recommendations.
They have lots of sale items categorized by size. The only downside was that a lot of stuff on the shelves were worn/dirty. And there was only a couple of size 2s for leggings left on the shelves. However, they were kind enough to check the back for more and I got them :) Definitely ask them to check the back because I've been lucky several times in finding what I wanted.

Horrific experience. I was told by Customer Service to call this store to obtain some running tights that were not available anywhere else nor online. Thus, I called on Friday early and left a detailed message with all my contact information. It is now Saturday night, and nobody had the courtesy to return my call for this SALE? Thus, Lulu has just lose a sale from me. This behavior gives your brand a very unattractive image. "Know at all times your brand is being observed" be it in the store, via the website or in this regard. Very disappointed! I suppose if i was the CEO I would have received a phone call by now? (lol) Treat everyone like a VIP!
Called to place a phone order for a hot item from this store when the website became out of stock. I was connected to Mary, who was super friendly and understanding. In fact, I had a vacation coming up and I needed the items overnighted. Although I was ready and expecting to pay the extra $30 for the shipping, she said it would be absolutely free! Free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for a phone order, where do you get that kind of service? Thank you again Mary for your work and making a loyal customer out of me.

At the risk of ruining a good thing: this store is where HUB17 is located. It's a cafe-like basement space where anyone can hang out, do work, have meetings, or work out (classes).
Huge store and really helpful staff. Until recently my experiences here have only been excellent.
I had a great headband from Lulu and cound not find it for the life of me. I bought a second one and then (of course) I got home and found the original. The headband was still in a bag, with the tag and the receipt. The same day. An associate at this store refused to return or give me store credit, citing hygeine reasons and that their policy was not to accept headwear returns. (My hair was freshly washed and I'm a very clean person so I know this wasn't a personal thing). I know for a fact that they accept returns on skintight yoga pants which really seem a lot less hygeinic to return than a headband but alas, he didn't want to do it.
I took it to Lulu on the UWS near home and they did it with no problem and were super gracious and lovely about it (as they always are at that location, about everything!)
