I'm really choosy when it comes to any instructor, be it dance or yoga or art. Sistashree's classes are the most challenging and most rewarding I've ever had. She's very knowledgeable and encouraging. Only wish I had more time to catch more classes!

How can I put into words the warmth, wisdom, and balance that is a class with Sistashree? To practice with her is to truly learn yoga.
