Liz is a true master of her art. I had recieved dozens of Thai massage in Thailand to recover from injury, and Liz somehow blew them all the way. Every minute was miraculous and blissful and I left in amazement if how good I felt. It was the best massage I've had, which has prompted me to leave a review for the very first time in my life. Believe me, I usually do not gush, but I hope everyone has the chance to try Thai massage.
After visiting Liz's studio last night my muscles and mind both feel like they've received a reboot. Liz is a wonderful practitioner who makes you feel totally at ease in her studio. Her thai massages are truly the best massages I have ever experienced!
The practice is guided by her experience and intuition, I always feel like I am getting the right treatment for my body, and that Liz is open and able to read what needs I might be having during a given session.
I have come to trust Liz as a professional, and as a friend who has my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her practice to everyone - and I often do!!

I had a tremendously positive experience with Liz at Breath and Bones, and am a little remiss to reveal my secret to you. However, if she can help you the way she has helped me, then I'll share her with the world.
A few basic things. Her studio is intimate, friendly and spotless. Its just the two of you in a room together with quiet music playing in the back ground, and her encouraging voice guiding you through the exercises. Also, a private session is very reasonably priced considering the quality of the training.
A little background. I recently had an operation with a 6 month recovery time. Once the MD released me for exercise I was thrilled. In short, I was ready to get back to my normal exercise routine. Alas, my body wouldn't let me. I would try my routine and fail each time. My stamina was about half of what it was before my operation. The culprit: scar tissue. A friend swore up and down that I needed to try pilates, so I did.
After one session with Liz not only do I feel great, but I see continual progress in my future. She intuitively saw what my muscles were doing and knew instantly how to show me how to self correct. Make no mistake, she will make you WORK for it. But you will be able to take at least some of the exercises home, and continue to improve. There is no quick fix to body work. You have to want to do it. Liz will show you how.
Liz Kresch is awesome! She is intuitive and knows exactly what exercises to do for your mind and body in the moment. Though she appears to be sweet, gentle and lovely, she will make you work and the work goes deep! She uses an eclectic mix of Pilates, yoga and thai bodywork adding fun toys and of course the reformer. The best!!!
