The class was definitely a good workout but I think it is misleading to call the class Vinyasa. It was more like a yoga bootcamp class. The class was more focused on sculpting than on the mind/body connection. Also the correct names of the poses weren't used throughout a lot of the class so I had to keep looking to see what I needed to do rather than focus on the pose. First vinyasa class I've been to where we have spent time trying to get our legs behind our head and do an arm stand. Maybe it was just the teacher but beware that vinyasa might not be what you are traditionally used to, and not zen-like, rather the opposite. Also I had two people observing the class who were sitting beside me as I practiced which was uncomfortable.

I don't like Yoga studios that charge for mat rentals. And these are old, no grip mats that are not comfortable to practice on. There are plenty of other options in the area.

One of my favorite yoga studios in the city

went to a posnatal class with my 5 months old. We really enjoyed. We could park the stroller inside of the room. There were 6 babies and mommies. The class was nice and the baby enjoyed. There is a nice mix of interaction with the baby. The teacher is great and the environment is relaxed.

A beautiful studio with great instructors. I've enjoyed every class I've taken here. There's no locker room, but there are small changing areas and a nice lounge area outside the studio.

I love Yoga Vida. I am vouching this yoga space for their prenatal classes. I have had classes with Claire and Heather and they are both really amazing. They teach you how to relax, how to breath and how to appreciate the change in your body and alleviate your pain or concern.

The class is 1.5 hour long and it really helps me relax and zone in to my own world with my baby. If you buy 10 packs, it is $110. This is probably the cheapest you would find in NYC and Queens area. It is also very convenient by Union Square. In addition, I love that they sell Liquiteria juice here! They are so healthy and delicious.

I am a happy pregnant mom-to-be here!

Love the ambience and staff; have been to many open flow classes, and the instructors are consistently solid

Came for the really good first time student intro rates, stayed for the exceptional teachers and class styles, able to keep coming back and coming back because they have a wide range of community (suggested donation) classes along with a large schedule of regular price classes.

Popular, pretty, but expensive studio. I went on Saturday with ClassPass and it was really packed for an expensive class, almost Yoga to the People density. Their waiver is excessive and allows them to videotape and record you in any way and they own it perpetually. Studios have a waiting room (too small for popular times) a couple restrooms, a lounge, changing area.
