Everything you'll need at a gym. Very nice workers. Only issue is that it seems to be packed most days I go, but I guess that's standard for the area.
Cheap, but what you save in money, you'll pay for by waiting and dealing with ill-trained staff.
This place has really gone down hill since the 2 years I been a member. I use to have a membership at the planet fitness and left them because of the problems this blink is currently having. Blink has literally become as bad as planet fitness was..smh
Staff working here is great and really friendly but management will screw you. You might pay $1,$10, or $25 for the first couple months but you'll get hit with random $78 charges (On a monthly basis) , premiums you didn't sign up for or "maintenance fees" despite the fact that men's locker rooms and most machines haven't been updated in a long, long time. Some towels (that you also have to pay extra for) seem dirty and worn past their time. I tolerated it a few times but I'm leaving because I'm just genuinely so tired of their hidden fees.
Pamela is one of the Front Desk Associate. The best welcoming I got from her she is a true mood lifter. Noho's location is the first Blink Fitness to open up in New York. I like the vibes and it's really clean.
Absolutely fantastic location with some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. Lockers rooms were clean and perfect for throwing stuff in a locker and getting started. Showers are heavily. Temperature always on point, and just total bliss. The machines are well maintained, and their recommended workouts are super useful for someone like me that has no idea what he's doing. Totally recommend!
I don't love the layout, but it's prime real estate, so I guess they have to work with what they got. Could use more racks and bars. Pretty clean. Overall a good gym experience, just really wished they had more space/a better layout.
The staff working there are really nice and helpful but men's locker room is very small and there are not more than 20 lockers there. Most of them lack hooks to hang your clothes and there are only two benches in the locker room. Well only two could fit anyway. Made a mistake to register here. They don't have any paper towels around to wipe your sweat off. For their towel service, you have to pay ten more dollars every month. And the way they put the machines and tools is weird. You have to go from one side of the floor to the other one just to jump from one machine to another. I am wondering if they used any kind of logic or strategy when placing them. This is still manageable but my main issue is the locker room. You can't use benches if three or four people are changing their clothes. They put those small, tiny lockers all around the floor but they are almost like a purse size. I don't care how many lockers you have outside of the locker room if I can't change my clothes anyway.
I chose this location as it's close to work so that I could come during lunch breaks but I'm not happy with this location. They should get smarter to use the space better in the locker rooms to fit more lockers and benches in.
I'm someone who is afraid of strangers and doesn't like to go outside much. My friend invited me to come along and workout with him out of the kindness of his heart and we chose this gym. The only real experience I had with excerises were from videos so I was inexperienced and clumsy. My friend never gave up on me and kept encouraging me to do my best. The staff that was working here came over and said it was against the rules for my friend to give me any advice while working out or else our membership will be revoked. I tried explaining the situation to the staff but he refuses to listen and talked to me with a cold and uncaring tone. I was so excited to workout because my friend was willing to be there for me but I just want to give up now. If it is against the rules for my friend to give me basic advice on how to do a standard push up then please get me out. Even if I have to pay the 60$ cancellation fee for both my friend and I.
This was such an amazing place to come work out. I loved that it was bright and colourful as that was really motivating when trying to work out. The space never felt claustrophobic and the staff was so encouraging and positive. I also loved just how affordable it was. It's a no frills gym so you won't get hot yoga and Pilates and group workouts but you will find value and get your money's worth.

The staff is friendly and the machines are well maintained in my opinion. Can get quite crowded weekdays during peek hours (especially evening) and the cancellation is not as easy as expected, but overall a nice experience for me.
Great gym with plenty of new and varied equipment. Can get very crowded during peak hours.
I never write reviews but I feel compelled to warn others that it is impossible to cancel their membership. I am on the phone with them because I no longer live near them. I've sent them certified mail. They continue to lead me in circles about what I need to do to cancel. I have provided the tracking number. Any business that refuses to cancel a subscription over the phone or via certified mail should not be allowed to do business.

But aside from that this is a very convenient location, the equipment is for the most part well maintained (though there have been busy times when the carabiners for the machines have been taken by people to use with weight belts and not put back). The staff is friendly and willing to help out when needed. Sometimes there will be someone claiming 3 machines at once and being rude about it, but in my experience most people have been considerate and polite. My biggest gripe with this location would be the locker room, which is a huge issue. the locker room is too small and there is not enough space to use the lockers so much so that during the busy times you have to do gymnastics around people to find a locker and use it, if there are any available (though they do try to compensate for the shortage of lockers in the locker room with lockers on the main floor).

I go to Blink. but NOT this location anymore. They have terrible staff. The trainer was bad. Even the customers are rude. May be it's the location that gives these guys that kind of arrogance. idk. but I would NOT recommend this location. Uptown locations are far more better

I went into the blink in noho to cancel a membership that I thought I had already cancelled and the manger there is the rudest person I have ever met, not only did he make me feel like an idiot by his condescending tone but also charged me an extra $26.13 to cancel a membership that I ALREADY CANCELLED.
DO NOT USE THIS GYM THEY ARE A SHAME
I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times even in person since July 2017. You guys keep charging me and I have proof the e-mail cancellation. I don't even live in NY anymore so when I talk to someone on the phone they rudely apologize and hang up. They need to figure something out and I recommend no one EVER sign up there or they will be charging you well into the future!

Its a good price and most people that work there are very nice. The locker room is overcrowded and theres little soap in the shower but the Gym is otherwise generally clean and spacious. There is one big problem.The heating in the gym is horrendous in the winter!!! I have called the city at 311 and have been told in their operating day hours from 8 to 11pm they must keep the gym heated at least 68 degrees. They have the thermostat set at 71 but the actual temperature has been between 56 to 65 degrees almost every day from early Nov till Nov 24th 2017. I also left a letter at the front desk two weeks ago with no response from the the corporate office or anyone. I'm not going to take it anymore!!! You don't have to pay the extra three months charge if you leave because they are violating city regulations. If they try charging you after you leave there is always small claims court or changing the bank information you gave them before hand. Several of the employes have told me they are wearing jackets because they are freezing. The corporate office sets the heat and I think they deserve a law suite. Tons of treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes. Good variety of dumbbells (although it goes up to 90 pounds), one bench and one power rack with 2 barbells in total. There's an open space to stretch and do other things. All in all, pretty good price for $25 + a guest pass a month.
If you are reading this, I strongly urge you to stay away from this gym. My friend got his membership here and decided to cancel it within a few months, he called the gym and spoke to the manager-- who proceeded to insult him. I could not believe the manager was was using such rude language, much less the rest of the staff. ALSO, there is no way you can complain because they will provide you with an email address to make your complaint--my friend sent his concerns to the email they provided but no one responded. The staff are aware of this, that is why they do whatever they please, and treat customers however they want. They are scammers, the representatives are not well versed with the contract themselves, and they misinform the customers/members.
I love this gym but I hate that the showers close an hour before closing. It used to be 20min before closing but I guess the staff is more occupied with getting home early then about the customers who pay to keep the place running. How am I supposed to go home so disgusting feeling after a workout? I'm starting to regret having this membership. I will try out another location and see how that goes or I'm leaving this gym for good! So over their rudeness and horrible customer service. I've been told three different bathroom closing times by the same two employees! Get it together people!
You get what you pay for. The staff at this specific location is friendly, but no towels (not even paper) in the locker room to wash your face or dry your hands with. The customer service is the WORST. You can't even call or see them in person, you can only email, and they take A MONTH to respond. Please avoid this gym at all costs!
i thought the Blink on 23rd was good but i truly do like this one the best. Super clean and im comfortable the entire time.
