Poor customer service. Stole my money.
I cancelled my membership because I was moving out of New York. I abided by their two-week notice policy and filled out a cancellation form in-person. The customer service rep assured me I would not be charged for another month. However, they have continued to charge me, even though I live in a different state and belong to the local Y here. I have called them multiple times and have sent multiple emails. Over the phone I was told that there was "no record" of my cancellation and that they may have lost it or misfiled it. He said he would get back to me, but still has not. I also emailed the membership coordinator twice. Still no response. It has now been over two weeks.
