My very first cycling and soul cycle experience was ruined by the manager on duty Katie B. Her attitude was through the roof and when I brought her tone to her attention, she looked me and down, curled her lips and painfully apologized. How can you be in the business of customer service and treat people, new clients especially, like trash?

It's a fun workout for masochists. Music and instructor are both good. Being with others makes the workout go by faster. Little pricey for what you get (shoes and water should be included or at least a reusable water bottle) and it's really overcrowded. Fun fad workout.
Class with eve was incredibly fun and a killer workout! The rest of the staff was very friendly. The entry and locker room were bright and clean. Overall a great place to ride.

Its your typical SoulCycle location. The wait area outside class can get crowded and they've had trouble with the showers in the past but pretty standard.
