Body and Brain has taught me how to heal myself.I have reduced stress and tension through movements (Tai Chi , and Yoga exercises. I am calmer,relaxed,focus and full of energy.I feel great! The Instructors and all staff members are very supportive and caring.I am looking forward to my future as a learning students.The knowledge shared benefits my total well being.

I was physically fit before, but internally I was a mess. Body and Brain taught me how to relax and deal with my stress through breathing and FEELING my body as I exercised, not just using my head so much. I am much calmer now and feeling even better than before. The staff was always there to help me out and to make sure that I never regressed back into a stressful state. Definitely a must for people who feel energetically as if they're between a rock and a hard place.

It is a really good place. Every time I take a class, I feel relaxed and comfortable. I feel like my heart become calm and peaceful. Now, I am healthier and happier. My body is much stronger than before. thank you

In 2009, I was looking for something but I wasn't sure what. I didn't understand myself or my life, couldn't control my emotions and felt alot of sadness. Then I found Dahn Yoga.

The difference was tremendous from the moment I began taking classes. Among the many changes, I can now say that I am no longer controlled by my emotions, can see myself more clearly and love what I see. I'm full of life and joy!

The classes are great but its the workshops and programs that are powerful. Its 2013...and now I'm teaching Dahn Yoga!

I have been practicing Dan yoga at Brooklyn Heights for a year and a half. Dan Yoga has helped to ease several symptoms of pre-menopause and to balance my body's energy. It is a gentle and easy to follow. When I walk out from the class, I feel relaxed and recharged. I recommend to anyone who is interested.

I enjoy Dahn yoga very much as it has a different take on stretching, movement and relaxation. I am out of shape and yet I can do the exercises as they are simple and fun. I also like knowing I have found a home base here. The Instructor is very uplifting and gently challenging because she really knows how to motivate people, no matter if they are beginners like me or more advanced. The music is great. Time just flies by and I find myself wanting to come every day as I feel better and smile more.
