Excellent basic gym spatial with complete handicap access. Brooklyn Heights branch have parking garages within a block or two. Parking at additional charge. Friendly supported staff. Elevator. Reasonable pricing. Black card membership offers many great features. No swimming pool. Then again most fitness centers do not have swimming pools in the New York City area. There are over 500 clubs Within Planet Fitness Network that are accessible with membership.

Friendly staff, relatively quiet and low key gym. Trainer who teaches fitness classes is knowledgeable and encouraging. He has learned to start and end classes on time. Kudos!

Great location and very clean. I would highly recommend this location. The only down side of planet fitness is no Sauna lets get one of those in black card package and get rid of the total body enhancement ASAP

$10 a month!!! It is noteworthy that the staff are friendly and works hard to keep the place clean and maintain the equipment. Members are very courteous with each other sharing the limited space in the locker room.

It has 3 levels at this gym. It's clean and smells good. I just don't like the women's bathroom set up and the lockers are all small. It's not like the other Planet Fitness location that has a mixture of locker sizes. The black card membership spa room is beautiful and very comfortable. I would recommend visiting if you have the black membership.

Awesome friendly staff! The locker room is so well maintained, the whole gym is very clean; the equipment is new. Loved this PF and will always go there whenever I'm in Brooklyn.

Good gym. Wish they have cycles instead of so many ellipticals. Also the left side massage chair in the black card lounge is busted. Overall not a bad place.

Greetings,
This manager called me and mentioned a resume I had submitted and inquired if I could interview the next day at 12. I said no because I was busy and they paused for 5 seconds and acerberically said "OH." and hung up.
When someone genuinely cannot do an interview at a specific time and then gets hung up on in that manner it does not go well for that location. I don't pay your membership with broken quarters, don't stick me with rude customer service.

This location is OK , it's a no frill no clique place suitable for the most self disciplined gym goers that can maintain a routine through a mundane and monotonous environment . This is recently opened that replaced the Livingston location , which was probably too close to their other downtown bk location on duffield. Ironically, that's location was more convenient in my opnion despite the proximity to the other pf.
Pros
Clean
Newer equipment
Cardio theatres
Open wide space
More weight machines than previous location
No cliques, groups, or snarky personal trainers
Not as crowded as other locations

Cons
Lighting is bright and unwelcoming
Hours , given the closeness to other gyms there should be at least one 24/7 location like the one in Harlem and Williams burg.
Staff appears to be detached , indifferent... one staff person reminded me "closing in 20 mins " on a Saturday .. which reminded me of "the get the f---k out, I got "sh_-t to do , but I'll make sure your account is debited weather u come or not " business model many of the cheap gyms have ... like really, 20 mins early !?, like most gym ppl don't know they close early on weekends , its common business practice; but I digress .
Recommendation: Join as black card member , but I'm not sure using this location as a primary single location ... there nothing here really to motivate you to keep coming ... but that just .
Corporate or the franchise operator should consider making this a 24/7 location , which would give it an edge over the Y, the blink, the nysc, and synergy gyms all within a 2 blocks away in radius .

Great new Planet Fitness. Big and spacious. Love the PF 360 with the battle rope, box jump, and rope pull.

This location recently opened and all the equipment is new and in excellent condition. The few times I've been there it wasn't too crowded. All the cardio machines have their own TVs. It may not be an issue for most people but because I usually work out during lunch, I didn't like that there were no full size lockers.

The men's room is dirty. The machines aren't wiped down and they don't have enough staff to keep the new gym clean.
To make matters worse, members use the squat racks and leg press machine, but they're too lazy to unrack the weights.
