My wife and I have been members at Snap Fitness for one and a half years and its been a positive experience. The gym is always clean, towels are always available, fridge always has bottled water along with other protein snacks, and "Free" apples & bananas after your workout. Equipment meets any kind of weight lifting on all levels. I lift heavy weight and the machines are always functional & safe. We enjoy all the cardio machines and the designated area desgned for yoga stretching, planks, and aerobic warm up. Facility comes with a speed bag which makes Snap Fitness a complete gym and my workouts rewarding each and every time. John is a gentleman with total class. His laser focus with staff and gym members are very much noticed and appreciated. Keep up the great work and attention to detail. God Bless....

Gym is clean and never have to wait for a machine or treadmill. The other members are very respectful and friendly. I like using the speed bag and free weights. I would recommend Snap Fitness

Great gym, clean and every piece of equipment is always functional. I have been going here for the last 1 1/2 years and never had a issue with machines and staff. John, the owner is a very nice man and is very attentive to the needs of his members. Very safe gym with security cameras and fob keys for entry on non staffed hours. Gym is open from 4am to midnight. Great assortment of free weights and treadmills and machines. I definitely would recommend to anyone.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! STARTING FROM THE MANAGER VICKY, as she said her name was and following for the lack of cleaning of the place,
I went for a free trial because im looking for a new gym in the area, this lady VICKY she claim be the manager of this awful place, she is very RUDE and no patience at all if you are and older woman like me,
she keep pushing for me to do exercises i didn't even know how to perform. no empathy very aggressive.
i was even scare of her!!!!
I would never go back to this place and i wouldn't recommended to nobody.

Snap Fitness is a great gym, it's not just your traditional gym. Being a part of Snap Fitness feels like you're part of a family! From the state of the art equipment, to the amazing staff, Snap Fitness in Ridgefield is a great gym to workout at!

not 24/7 and small, gave an extra star bc of the free bananas tho. get more gym equipment. ps its like $45 a month and a lot of gyms out here are way better and cheaper

Went here only for a trainer i know that used to work here. Terrible location, parking issues, small gym and issues with charging credit card. I canceled my membership MONTHS ago and they have charged me out of No WHERE. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB.

FINALLY! I found "my" gym.I've been a member of 2 other local gyms and have always felt uncomfortable in their atmospheres. Snap feels like home, and I never feel judged or get intimidated.- Linda A.

This place isn't worth it, not one bit. To start with the place is as big as a matchbox, so count on heavy breathing over your shoulder while you're doing any workout. Staff are never available, and let's not mention their level of incompetence when they are available. The owner doesn't know anything, and if you have an issue they're quick to tell you to speak with corporate about your issue, mind you corporate never picks up the phone. This place is a complete mess and there are dozens of way better gyms in the area! Oh yeah and did I mention they false advertise their 24 hours of operation and prioritize only those who sign up training sessions with their trainers? Place is shut down at 11 pm! Sucks entirely, please trust me on this one! IT IS A MESS!

Horrible customer service and rude owner. Continued to double charge my credit card for several months, and ignored my calls to resolve the issue. When I disputed the duplicate charges with the credit card, he terminated my membership. Not worth the premium to begin with, but with that kind of treatment, I would rather take my money elsewhere.

I absolutely love this facility, it's clean, has all the items needed and more to reach your body goal and the staff is extremely friendly. My favorite fitness center EVER!

It's a very small but efficient gym ,nice environment and not busy ... i liked more than I thought !! They have fruits, protein shakes as complementary they have also towels and I love the hours ... It's cheap, NO CONTRACT , and its 2 blocks from our house so we don't care about the Parking space ..in my case ... 5 stars for sure !!!

Snap Fitness is a terrific gym with hours to fit anyone's work schedule. No more excuses on not being able to exercise for your good health and wellness. So many machines, clean and a great atmosphere. Don't waste anymore time -start that workout you've been promising yourself!

Not many equipments and some were a bit shaky . Since it's a small gym it can easily get packed.

Not only that, but if you are someone who wants to start working out before your 16, you can't. The website says you can from the age of 14 with the family plan, but not here. False advertising? Or not following up with the system? Places like Planet Fitness are better becuse the are cheaper and larger. Therefore due to my prior experience, I feel this gym is a terrible place and tips you off. Thank you for reading this! Please take this into consideration when looking for a gym.

Snap Fitness is may be small, but it is mighty. The gym is clean, has a friendly staff and a judgment free atmosphere. Now under new management, the gym is constantly being upgraded. This is the perfect place to quick-start your New Years resolution!
