We LOVE My Gym River Road... The teachers are the best, and I am always blown away by how great the classes are that they lead. Can't say one bad thing about this place, my son always has the best time!
Caring & educational teachers, Very clean gym, great music for the kids.
Not too crowded today. Smiling staff
Great place for kids
My boy is 2 years old. We started to go to my gym river road last winter. All the teachers are very nice, passionate, and professional. We always have good time there.
My 6 year old boys participated in the morning camp during spring break and they loved it! They had a lot of fun and were sad to go back to school the following week!
This is the first time in my live reviewing a business, but I feel that I have to do it. I took my 3yo for a free trial today and we both loved it. The first thing I mentioned to the staff was that my daughter is autistic. She has a lot of energy and can't stay still for too long, but they still had the patience and dedication with her. I don't remember the name of the girl, but between her and Mr. Jose made me feel that I did a great choice registering my LO on this location. Thank you guys!!

I take the 3yr old twins I care for to this location. They absolutely love it! The facility is clean, the staff is great with kids & very creative. My best friend also had her daughters 1st birthday there recently & was very happy with how engaging & friendly the staff was.

Way too expensive for what it offers.
Great place, very clean. The staff here are also very nice to the kids. It will be better if the practice & play is unlimited
I am giving the MyGym on River Road a 1 star review due to their lifetime membership being essentially valueless. I was denied a trial class because I'm a lifetime member. I became a member at their Hoboken location (same owners) some years ago, to which I'd drive 20+ minutes to, and quit because my daughter no longer wanted to attend. My daughter recently expressed interest in trying it out again, so I wanted her to attend a trial class at this location (5 min away from us) to be absolutely sure she wouldn't have an issue with it, and was told NO, and the reason being that I'm a member. How ridiculous is that? I responded that they should revisit this as it's a poor business practice not to allow members to try a class especially when it's a new location and children in this age range change quite a lot over the course of years, their temperaments change, their interests, tolerances, etc. I did not get a response. I waited a couple of weeks to write a review as I debated doing this, but frankly, I never got over it as I have to drive by them almost daily. So, in summary, a lifetime membership means nothing, it's just another way to get money out of you. There's nothing special about it. Furthermore, you have to commit to 12 weeks worth of classes before you're allowed to cancel and when you cancel you're required to have one more payment processed. I hope others find this useful because had I known that the membership really doesn't mean much of anything, I would've waited it out to see if I could get it for free. Also, know you'll never be able to try a class for free again if you quit for a while. If you want to go back, you're signed up and forking over a minimum of 4 times their monthly cost.
I called left a message inquiring information, still have not received a call back
