My favorite place to not only workout but to be surrounded by so much love and support! It's an amazing community and definitely "not a cult" .... always filled with unicorns, glitter, epic music, and love! It's magical!
Great place for fun classes, cool teachers, wonderful vibe to the whole organization. DEFINITELY NOT A CULT.

Great place, but no available classes. The staff is soooooooooooooooooooo kind, respectful, inviting. The place is clean, the classes are small, but they are hard to get into. Some people like the idea of a place being so popular its hard to get in.....If you join just be prepared to be on lots of wait lists and stand by's. If you have any sort of anxiety I suggest you find a place with more availability lol.

Ever since I was a boy I always wanted to be a ninja and now I am. Thanks to this supportive community of outlandish characters, I now want to workout and strive to be 1% better everyday.
I got my wallet stolen and the Security Didn't Care , Please Fix This.
Eight months ago, I never wanted to go to the gym. Eight months later, I wish I never had to leave the gym. Imagine sixteen of the nicest, most accepting, and friendliest people in a room, and you're one of them. Now imagine those people laughing together for an hour learning about fitness, working out, and genuinely encouraging each other. Now imagine music playing in the background. That's a class at MFF.

Imagine sixteen of the nicest, most accepting, and friendliest people in a room, and you're one of them. Now imagine those people laughing together for an hour learning about fitness, working out, and genuinely encouraging each other. Now imagine music playing in the background. That's a class at MFF.

Insanely, magically, wonderfully good. There's something special about this place. From the moment you walk in the door, you're part of a community and a family. Not just any old community, but the loveliest and warmest one you can imagine.
Who's it for? Literally anyone. I strolled in as a chubby, overtired, aging radiologist and walked out feeling like a rockstar ninja after just one class. I have never experienced such a simultaneously supportive, fun and productive environment.
Practicalities:
-they do classes, short term transformation programmes and semi-private training
-you're a ninja the minute you step in the door. Even me!
-people are ridiculously sweet and welcoming.
-coaching is ROCK SOLID. Can't fault it, despite being a hypercritical Virgo type
-the decor is amazing and includes a disco ball and unicorns. Won't find those at your stinky NYSC!
-I want to move to the neighbourhood just so that I can use it always. Miss it already!
