Love this studio! Their flexpilates class is a super tough workout and their trx classes are my favorite.

I attended the TRX class one weekday evening. I've been to a lot of studios in NYC and this was one of the most inviting. The elevator puts you right in front of the receptionist and there is lots of space as you enter the class waiting area. I was a big fan of the lockers - big enough for rain boots and an electric lock!!! The class was different and challenging. I was very impressed with the studio space... I've been to classes where they pack more people into a smaller. Overall had a great work out and great impression of this place.
