I don't know how to even describe just how wonderful they are. Used to always buy my shoes there and thought the running on treadmill / personalized fitting / hours of consulting about various shoe types was standard. Everything I bought here, I always 100% loved. Recently my beloved latest shoes got stolen. I live in Boston now and went to what's supposed to be the absolutely best running store in the area. Disappointed with my experience, I asked the store manager for help - that was better, but man, still just not helpful. They gave me a few different pairs, none of which I liked, and I left sad & disappointed & without shoes. Well, then I called JackRabbit. Whitney, the wonderful store manager, picked up the phone and what then ensued was literally crazy. She talked me through all the different models Asics makes, then made me send her old photos of me wearing the shoe, and then she went through her digital inventory for about a half hour to figure out exactly what they had sold to me!!!! And low & behold, she figured it out. Turns out, that shoe is no longer available, so she told me to give her my cell number, and she would text me all the comparable models that I could go try at the store here in Boston. She literally had zero incentive to help me out, it's not like I had a previous relationship with her (I only popped into their store once every 3 years or so), and still, she went to the end of the world to help me. I will never forget this experience, it's one of the hands down best retail experiences I ever had. Thanks Whitney, you are amazing. I'll be grateful to you on every future run.
