Went here to watch my friend box and it was a lively, fun loving crowd, which made the match extra special.

I grew tired of my sedentary lifestyle and decided to try WTF since they have a $97/first month promo. I'm really glad I tried it out because it's such a great place. Every class I've been to has been great - all of the instructors are helpful, patient, and want to make sure you're learning the exercises and moves.

Also Guapo (the dog, not the human) is here.

I joined in the beginning of January as a beginner to boxing. I had previously tried out Rumble, Everybody Fights and Title - none of those compare to Work Train Fight. Each trainer truly cares about you; they work with each person in their class to better their punches, stances and conditioning techniques. They are the only gym that does 1x1 sparring excersizes during regular classes which really improves ones confidence and skills.

The owner is there every day checking in on every one and making those personal connections. This is such a great facility, I genuinely look forward to coming here every day. Also, their prices are unbeatable! Private sessions included in some packages!? Unheard of in NYC. 110% recommend to anyone!

I love this place! I particularly love how I can always find a class time that works with my schedule. I go in there feeling drained and tired from my day job and come out feeling like Sasha Fierce!

The staff is fun, knowledgeable and extremely energetic. The bathrooms and locker room are clean and well maintained.

I have trained at Work train Fight for several years now and watched them grow over the years. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and the equipment is all new and well kept.
The recent expansion really opened up the space and I always look forward to working out.

I've been coming to WTF for almost two years and it is hands down the best gym in NYC. I've been a member at several gyms, but this is the only one that I can honestly say is like my second home. From day one, all of the trainers and the staff have been welcoming and professional. I was in pretty poor physical shape when I first came here but I never felt judged or unwelcome. After many classes, and a lot of sweating, I have lost over 65 pounds and feel amazing. If you want to get into boxing, or just improve your overall health or physique, this is the place to do it. I had no boxing experience coming in and now I feel confident enough with my boxing abilities to get in the ring and spar. I've taken classes with almost all of the trainers and I love every single one of them. I train one on one and do nutrition with Amber and she has truly changed my life. WTF is more than a gym; it's a community of awesome people who want to change the world and are working together to do it.

AVOID at ALL cost. SO RUDE and
If your in this neighborhood GO TO OVERTHROW the trainers and management are very nice and knowledgable and you will actually break a sweat.

I was verbally/yelled at and ask to LEAVE for being a minuet late to a class. a PAYING customer ask to leave?!?! What a joke and so unprofessional.

I can't stress this enough if you take boxing seriously don't come to this place.

I received a full refund because even they knew they messed up by treating a customer they way they treated me. Just go to overthrow. Rumble. Barry's. Title. Equinox ANYTHING but this sad etabslishment.

I first took the Work Train Fight Experience and had Mark as my trainer for my 1-on-1 training and I had a great time with him. Since then, I signed up and have been coming 4 times out of the week. The facility is clean, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the trainers are AWESOME! You can walk through the facility and the trainers will acknowledge you even while they're working with clients. It's a great place to come and learn how to box... I highly recommend Work Train Fight!

WTF is what I call one of my happy places. Trainers are top notch and genuine people who truly want to help out; their level of passion is high and it translates in the way they train you across the board; from personal one-on-one to group sessions. The atmosphere is inviting, fun and collaborative. All the activities are challenging, but suited to the individual with the opportunity for everyone to grow and scale out their own fitness goals - everyone can do it. Everyone has a personality at this place and I can't recall a day that I've gone there and not smiled through out the day. It's an experience for all, the owner to the trainers are all touchable and engaging. Be careful because this place is addictive.
