Best pilates in NYC hands down. Halle runs an amazing, friendly, and comfortable shop with all the bells and whistles (even flower arrangements in the studio) and I have been seeing serious results. I go twice a week and my quality of life has significantly improved. I highly recommend Mongoose Bodyworks and am so thankful to have met my instructor Cathy who pushes me and keeps me in top shape. A++

I would be totally lost without Mongoose. I started coming here when I lived in DC and would come up to NYC for business and even if super last minute they ALWAYS tried to accommodate me. Now, I come at least once a week and see Cathy Simmons who has taken me from good (after 10 years of pilates) to pretty great - she is brilliant about anatomy and I've become so body aware since working with her. Whether you're brand new or have been doing pilates for years - this place is wonderful. I can't give it a high enough rating.
My mom and I first found Mongoose 7 years ago and we LOVED it. I came back when I found out I was pregnant and the instructors at Mongoose have played a key role in my very happy and comfortable pregnancy. I'm in great shape thanks to Mongoose. I highly recommend this studio to ANYONE.
