Gym is good. Good facilities. Their contracts and policies are very expensive and just insane. Cancellation needs to be done 1.5 months in advance in person, there's no pausing if you're not on an annual subscription, and then pausing is more expensive than most gym memberships. The staff are nice and apologetic, but the policies of the organization are abysmal.
I used to go here every Sunday for Walleyball and I really enjoyed the amenities and people
Scammy place that does everything they can to make it impossible to cancel. Overpriced and kind of smelly and tuna down. Avoid.
This joint is a great gym and a fantastic secret so please don't come here unless they really need one or two new members.
Went for job interview in Massage Therapy, nice setup but I'd much rather work there doing hair. Didn't take the job, thank you.
A simple, legit, and quality gym in the BK Heights. I go everyday and never leave without knowing I got some serious work in. All the machines and equipment are still in very good quality and reliable. The staff is always happy and greeting members making you feel right at home. One of the best gym experiences you can have.
Solid gym with helpful staff. Had to work with some of the managers (Garrett, Ilsa) and they were accommodating to my situation. Would recommend.

Used to visit as a youth. Returning 20 years later and they haven't updated anything. The carpets are stained, tiles are chipped, the centrifuge is broken, and there was a dead roach in the toilet stall. They've gone downhill, not keeping up with maintenance, clearly.
The back of house staff was exceptional, including the lifeguard, who was very kind and patient. The front of desk woman, Yvonne is terrible. Bad attitude and unapologetic about it.
So to sum: nice space that needs repairs with great back of house and terrible front of house. How much is Equinox again?

Incredibly expensive. People don't wipe after they use the equipment. Even worse, they just randomly have cleaning spray bottles WITH NO TOWELS NEARBY TO ACTUALLY USE TO CLEAN. WHAT'S THE POINT?

You wouldn't know from the outside, but there's a lot of space for machines, classes including Spin and Yoga, squash courts, a pool, a sauna, daycare and more. It's a hidden gem and an incredible find. Also the training staff is fantastic!
