A solid yoga studio in the neighborhood with lots of classes to choose from. I've had mixed experiences depending on the teacher at hand but the place seems to get packed very often. It's convenient and okay. If the location is convenient for you, I'd recommend trying out a few teachers and finding out who you like. They have some good to okay teachers.
Nice studio, it is a decent place to practice but funky energy from some of the desk staff and the policy for classes is not at all flexible. I bought a new student class package and asked for an extension for the expiration date which was denied and will now probably lose 5 classes. I have never been to a place that I felt stressed about having to get to yoga and now I am losing my yoga money. Very sad! I will definitely be bringing my practice elsewhere.
Great teachers, but studio is really small and there's not much room to change. Sometimes can be crowded when a previous class leaves and a new class enters.
and loved it. Affordable classes & bright, clean space. Elias is a wonderful, spiritual instructor (authentically so, not in an annoying way)-- I wish he taught more early AM classes! I can't wait to go back.
Neighborly, friendly place. I find the rooms are often too chilly. Classes are all $10, a great value.
