TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I signed up because Retro was offering child care. I show up with my child on three occasions, only to be told that no child care is available, even though I went during the child care advertised on the website. RETRO FITNESS LIED about the services offered. I decided to cancel in May, I called over 10 times, I never got through. I go to cancel in person in June, and they said Verizon has not been there to fix their phones in months, and they are not sure when their phone lines will be up and running. So I get call back about my desire to cancel, and they said regardless of false advertising, they will not let me out of my contract.
The manager didn't have the decency to call me or write me back, I was informed about their unwillingness to void my contract by the front desk person.
The gym is big, nice and clean, honestly speaking. I don't appreciate being LIED to and LACK OF CARE by the manager.
