Love coming here. I feel like I get personal attention to the detail. They customize the program according to my abilities, I got a program to do at home on the other days. With videos and photos. I love it. I see myself doing this consistently.

Best Gym Ever!! Most experienced and Most dedicated Staff. I have been with a different program for 2 years and then I left that program and have been with Better Health for 6 months now and the results I've seen with Better Health are way better in only 6 months. The instructors don't only give you a great workout, they make sure it is exciting so you want to come back again and again. Not only do I get a good workout, I changed my way of eating as well and that helps out a lot.
