Very welcoming small studio! Took one star off due to the fact that it is in the basement, but they made it a very relax and charming place to work out! Gio is great as an instructor - thorough explanation and beginner friendly!

I love Raegans classes! Lovely bright, clean studio, with all brand new Allegro 2 machines, I look forward to coming every week. I only wish I could take more than just 3 classes a month (via Class Pass), if I didn't live so far I would definitely have a monthly membership and this would be the only studio I trained with just unfortunate its a bit out my way to be coming everyday. Please open one on the UES!! Definitely 100% recommend.
Just about the worst customer service I've experienced at a work out studio. Not even worth going, as there are plenty of other pilates studios in NYC that offer just as good, if not a better classes and nice, accommodating customer service representatives. Gotta think about more than just the quality of your classes when running a business, NY Pilates.
