My wife is interested in becoming a yoga teacher. She was looking into this school and was ready to sign up for the fall session. After calling them on the phone a couple of times, she was impressed and was encouraged to "stop by and check it out anytime". So she did so this past Saturday with her sister.
They arrived mid-afternoon and encountered the rudest and most dismissing secretary they ever had the displeasure of meeting. This woman, after giving them her rude, uninformed, and terse replies to their basic questions, had the nerve to let them sit there reading pamphlets for 45 minutes before informing them with a cold smile that they had to call ahead and make an appointment to be shown around. Unbelievable.
They were "conveniently" ready to take her CC number on the first call and would have gladly taken her application online and charged her 3,000+ tuition money over the phone. Good thing I put my foot down on that one.
I was appalled at the treatment, at least enough to take a minute and write this review. This review is not based on the school itself, but rather on the their rude employee and extreme lack of customer service.
