I went to my first class that was listed as beginner friendly and it definitely was for intermediate+. Thankfully, I have been doing yoga for a while so I was able to follow along, but I would like their classes more if they gave alternate positions based on skill level.
All in all, a wonderful community, but I wouldn't recommend for a beginner!
