Tough class with a ton of energy! It's 20 stations, 2 minutes at each station, 2 exercises at each station (30/30/30/30 split). There are usually 4-5 instructors in a class, who are each responsible for showcasing the exercises at each station. While this might make you think there's a lot of 1:1 attention and offsets the large class sizes, I found that the instructors are often dancing around while the participants are working out. Definitely great vibes, but I wish the instructors were a bit more attentive to our form, especially with so many there!
Regardless, I think the class is awesome and I'm definitely coming back.
