Love this Soho Pilates studio! Owner Gina is one of my favorite teachers, it's as though she can already tell what's going on with your body when you walk in! The rest of her teachers that I took with are great too, all of them classically trained and very professional. You'll definitely get a good workout at this place!

A fantastic gem of a pilates studio. I've been going for over a year now, and my back pain (the reason I went in the first place) is gone and I'm more flexible than I've ever been in my life. The instructors are all very knowledgable and very patient. Can't recommend it highly enough.
