I get that boutique studios are a thing now but at least get the layout right! First off, the guy receptionist was not helpful at all -- it was my first time at the need location and he didn't bother to show me where the changing areas were, explain where storage was, or even mention they don't have a water fountain. There's only one restroom that you can only access by crossing through the class area so you're expected to go in between classes. There's no water fountain. No real cubbies or lockers to stash belongings. No real class room as the area was partitioned off by curtains. There's only two changing spaces that's entirely comprised of just curtains that don't close all the way. Why would I bother to come to this studio when I can go to the luxe Central Park South location (granted SoHo location is closer but it was the worse).
The actual class wasn't that bad but the bad impression of the studio & receptionist clouded me.
