Can not agree with all the reviews below. Babies r unpredictable. I thought that my son will love it. I was told by owner that babies need couple of weeks to get use to it. Me and my son attended two weeks of classes, after which I realized that he's not really interesting in it yet, and on top of it he has some serious teething right now( for the past month he's been extremely cranky) I payed $150.00 and we attended only 3 classes. The cost of semester is $300. I wanted to pay by 2 payments. I told to teacher that we probably going to stop for now. She told me that I have to fill out paper to get some of the payment back, but owner wasn't there, so she told me that he's going to give me a call. Two weeks later, of course no call. I came to the gym, owner pretended that he never knew that we decided to stop our membership for now. So instead of giving me the same information about their cancellation policy, that teacher gave me, he lied that the only thing he can do is give me a family membership credit and he's not going to charge me the rest of the payment. Seriously? What rest of the payment are you talking about if I'm telling you that I want to stop for now?! He also didn't even finish talking to me, he just say: ok that's it? I have another customer waiting. So I was like, are you giving me credit? And he told me that he'll send me an email with membership credit. It's been two days already, I still didn't received any emails from him. At first I was deciding between gym and swimming classes. My family is working very hard to give my son everything that we think he need as of right now. I seriously don't understand why did he lied that he can not do a return. So guys just WANT TO WARN YOU. Make sure about their cancellation policy first. Because it's really disappointing to lose money like that, especially if you counting every penny, while trying to invest in your child future.
