It was my first time at this location and I loved it! At first I was dreading the class because I accidentally booked it at an out of the way location, but my experience changed it all.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my class. I was quickly checked in, changed my shoes, and headed into the class. A staff member helped me adjust my seat, explained the resistance knob on the bike, and pointed out the weights on the side of the bike that would be used in class. The instructor was Sam Lee and he was great! He began by telling us about the different positions on the bike and also explained the resistance knob. When I went to a class at the Bryant Park location, none of this was ever explained and made it so difficult for a first timer like me to follow. I'm glad that Sam took the time to do this. Sam was super energetic and pushed the class. It was a great workout.
The locker room is also quite spacious. There are about 6 showers and a nice amount of bathroom area to freshen up.
