I honestly was not a fan of the Lululemon brand nor would I ever normally spend a ton of dough on clothes I sweat in. But I go to a gym nearby and forgot my gym clothes...so I thought I'd buy the cheapest workout outfit if could find (new year resolution treat).
Then I met a kind associate, Asel, and she changed around my entire perception. I asked that she be honest and show me the gear that was the best for the best pricepoint. She was concise and so very helpful. Asel was real about what looked good and what didn't, and spent 10 minutes on the phone with other stores so I could get exactly what I wanted.
THANK YOU ASEL (the clothes are all awesome btw I was sleeping on Lulu I acknowledge it). I think I'm a lifelong customer now? I can't workout in what I was wearing before (advice: give Asel a big ol' raise because I'm sure she's ensuring plenty of folks like me keep spending money with y'all).
What can I say about the gear you can get from lululemon. I have one of those down jackets and many of their clothing line. It can be worn as a casual business and it makes you just feel and look good thank you Lululemon @lululemon #petermancinire

inventory of mens styles that come across in my travels. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

Ordered a pair of pants while on vacation in the city. Staff was helpful and arranged to have them hemmed when they arrived, and shipped if they arrived after I had left. They arrived early, but when I came to collect them, not only had they not been hemmed (as had been the plan that we had discussed at length), but the pants themselves were mislabeled and were totally the wrong size. Staff was friendly and apologetic, but the whole thing was a frustrating, time-consuming runaround that definitely makes me hesitant to shop this brand again.
