Fortunately for all you readers, I have my mothers genes and will tell you like it is. First off, I got a pretty good laugh at the 2 star review. Everyone has a different idea what a boxing club should be like...theres the "perfect" gym which exists in the minds of each of us, then comes the reality. I have been around the training circuit for quite a while. There has been no place I have ever trained where the instructors spend their entire time with you other than paying for a personal session. The trainers here are very good, professional in their experience and demeanor, and kind enough to correct you when your form is not up too par...I, for one, did not come here to be a professional boxer, but I did join so I would be able to handle myself if needed, to get a good overall workout ending in a good sweat no matter what time of year it is, have fun, learn, improve my form and be able to feel I accomplished something each day...at Trinity, I get all of this and more. For the more serious people who want to become boxers, this is a great place...boxing is a sport requiring repetition...in fact, constant repetition. I see those people as well, getting help too by the staff. Yes, they do have a set routine to develop your boxing skills, and they should be followed. However, they offer strength and conditioning training as part of the routine, and its a variety of exercises, and none are the same. The owner has a great product, and on top of it all, he's a knowledgeable professional with a wonderful sense of humor. I have been managing people since I am 23 years old, and unfortunately its impossible to make everyone happy no matter what you do for them. So my advice is this...if you are looking to learn how to box, have a great workout, variety of exercises, in a club where the staff and owner are top notch, you must give this place a try.. this ended well!!!
