I've been going to Chaise for over a year and LOVE it! The instructors are the perfect combination of tough, encouraging and full of energy.
The fidi location is beautiful and has everything you'll need to take a class before or during work.
A must try for anyone looking for a new studio in the area!

I absolutely LOVE chaise. I've taken the cardio, reinvention, TRX and bands classes and all are challenging and invigorating in their own way. I always leave Chaise feeling empowered and refreshed. The FIDI studio is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!
