Without a doubt, Super Pilates offers one of the toughest workouts in the city. Regina makes sure that I leave each session dripping with sweat. But it's more than just the burn that's so great. Pilates makes me more flexible and strong. All the cross-training workouts make my hamstrings tight and make me vulnerable to getting hurt. Pilates with Regina is the only thing that undoes that damage. Love it.

Super Pilates is by far the best Pilates studio in New York. I've worked with Regina for 10 years and she has been a life changer for me. There is a lot of bad Pilates in this town, taught by young and inexperienced teachers who claim they teach classical technique but don't. If you want authentic, hardcore New York Pilates, you should only go to Regina at Super Pilates.
