I've been to the studio twice.
The space is beautiful, clean and ample room to get dressed prior to classes. You don't feel like you're on top of other people when you're getting in/out.

I had a male instructor the first class and wasn't really impressed. Thought I'd give the studio another try and had Samantha M as an instructor. She was fantastic. Just the right flow and mix of instruction and encouragement. I would highly recommend her class!

Beautiful location and nice energy around the teachers, NYC is busy and people are stressed, some students are on their phones before the savasana is over haha... But most importantly, Jess Ray is an amazingly inspiring techer /namaste!
