My favorite spot for hot yoga! The energy is always great and I love the repetition of each flow starting slow and working toward a new movement with each breath. Plus they have a spacious locker room with plenty of showers, towels and shampoo/conditioner included.

Love this place! Great teachers, nice people, and sleek, clean facilities. The classes are challenging, and the blacklight option is a fun twist!
