I was running late to my first class ever due to an earlier appointment and the front desk was so lovely and understanding about it. They helped me get set up on my bike even though I was late and class had started, the guy helping me was super patient. Ford was such an awesome instructor. He really brought a lot of spirit and energy into the room. He was uplifting while at the same time providing an amazing workout, my legs feel like jello!! Overall 5/5 stars, definitely gonna keep coming here.

One of my favorite studios! Great studio - two rooms for classes, so at times there are more than one happening within 15 minutes of each other, very spacey in the opening areas but slightly tighter hallways, many many lockers and a great bathroom with several showers and stalls!

As a plant from CA I badly needed a soul cycle place I could get to nearby, this place is awesome! The people are great.

It would be 5 stars if they had better hallway flow between classes. Too many people on their phones taking up bench space and leaving no room to change. I typically opt for the FiDi location which is less congested and a less irritating switch over.
