I have delayed to post my review here because I thought it wasn't worth my time, but after the experience I had tonight, I had to voice my opinion. I never realized how horrible the customer service was here until my former trainer Henry left as I always dealt with him directly. The staff is extremely rude & useless. It took them a while to find a trainer after Henry left, & I was supposedly owed for all the sessions I was getting billed for. The trainer they found on a whim always pulled a no show & cancelled literally 5 minutes before my session as I was coming up around the block. After inquiring who would make up for the training sessions missed, they stated it had to be a certain trainer cuz he had already gotten paid for those sessions & they were disputing the matter in front of me. The bottom line is, I paid for those sessions, I don't care who trains me, just wanted my money worth. Needless to say I cancelled my membership as dealing with rude staff here is so incredibly frustrating, the turnover rate is crazy there.
So I show up tonight with a co-worker to workout together on his guest pass & forgot my ID as I was switching to my gym bag. The new girl at the counter practically smirked at me & said in the most condescending way there's nothing she can do to help me. I offered to show debit card or picture of ID & told her I used to be a member, if she can just give me this one tulle pass & she proceeded to tell me she was doing me a favor in allowing me to stay cuz former members can't be guests, & that it will be $10. I nearly threw the iPad at her face. Thankfully the other girl remembered me & was really sweet & allowed me to workout, but seriously, the scenario reminded me why I left that joint. I'm coming from a rough day at work trying to workout & blow off steam & they just frustrate me even more
