For such a well-known NYC gym, this location has really bad customer service. I was visiting from out-of-town and wanted to try a personal pilates session with Tara. When I called to leave a message for the pilates manager, Sara, they had no idea who that is (yep, that is her correct name). When I arrived at gym, unfriendly: one lady, Sada, demanded that I show either an email confirmation of my session or a receipt for payment. This is Equinox? Btw, pilates session was OK. Despite troubles, I gave it a second try and got same trouble at front desk upon arrival. They really are clumsy dealing with customers! Not at all what I expected.
