No judgments and also no functioning equipment. Should be renamed planet brokeness. I've tried to upload pics of all the broken equipment signs but it looks like Planet Fitness is blocking them. Rather I should email them in order to have a conversation about having more than 30% of the stair masters functioning. Instead of just fixing them. I'd offer to hire a repairman and get a bill credit if it woild fix the issue. Really getting tired of having to compete like a savage with 5 other people to use 1 or 2 stairmasters.

Nice, clean gym. My only problem is no parking, and streets are metered. So if you drive. add parking charges to your membership costs.

All equipment is working and relatively clean. It's never too crowded around 4pm on weekdays. Staff is very friendly!

Got a membership recently and I do enjoy coming here. the staff are very polite and super professional too. Great by the way, only ten dollars a month.

I am not a member of Planet Fitness and never been until this visit. I thought it was an overall good experience. The location was clean the staff was respectful and helpful.

Nice workout spot. They recently added a bunch of new equipment and reorganized the layout of the gym. However, there is much less room in the free weight area to work out and it's pretty annoying

This gym is a good introduction to gyms in general. The subscription is fairly cheap and they have a non-intimation culture which makes this a comfortable place to exercise. This particular location isn't too crowded, the staff is friendly, and the facility is very clean. They have the massage chairs (you need the black card for this) which I like to use after my workout. Overall, I have had very good experience working out here.

I moved over here form the Downtown Brooklyn location, which was great. Compared to that one, the Hoboken location is much smaller, and much more packed with people, with slightly fewer machines. I am a little disappointed, but I guess you still can't beat that price. It's not the best gym, but probably the one with the most value for money.

The staff is very very friendly and helpful. They keep the place pretty well maintained as well. For such a low price you really get your moneys worth.

It's alright gym you get what you pay for? The staff needs to be more friendly and should not always be in their phone and get angry when you ask for information.

Go here if you're into cardio. If you aren't well it's gonna be cramped. Staff is quiet and unobtrusive.

Very small facility for a planet fitness. Workers at the front desk yelled out curse words as I was doing core & abs at the front area.

I love how clean this gym is, I love the convenience of it being 24 hours a day and I absolutely love the purple color scheme!

Moved out of Hoboken several months ago and forgot to cancel my membership. Could not cancel online and when I called I was told I had to mail them a certified letter to cancel my membership. The extra steps I'm having to go through to cancel my membership is absurd. BE WARNED IF YOU MOVE OUT OF TOWN CANCEL BEFORE YOU MOVE otherwise it is a real pain in the ass. As of writing this my membership is still active despite the fact I've sent the letter.

Absolutely horrible customer service,THIS PLACE IS RUN BY CROOKS! Charged 150 Dollars to cancel membership and wouldn't refund me had dr note and everything.Unbelievable ! horrible General Manager

Total joke of a place came in from Ireland and wanted to simply work out for two days and buy a two day pass . Spoke to the so called manager who didn't listen to me and read out some scripted nonsense like a robot. Well done planet fitness on your non friendly customer service which is quite simply an unwelcome farce of a place.

I've been a member for over a year. The Hillsborough location was a lot bigger and had a few more machines than this location like the stair climber for one. But this location is clean. It's not too crowded and staff is pretty friendly. But they should do a better job of people hogging machines in the 30 minute express workout.

Have wide selection of gymnastics equipment and very friendly environment. Gym is crowd during after work hours, but Google map does a great job in real time store visiting suggestion. So if you mind the crowd, check it before you go.

Friendly staff. Everything you'd expect. I wish there were mirrors by the weights and hooks inside the showers other than that no problem
