I have been going to Kure for roughly 6 months and it's been an extremely positive experience. Krysta was recommended by my physical therapist to help rebuild strength and gain stability, after a surgery. Between Krysta's knowledge, experiences, motivation to learn about a specialized issue (like mine), ability to customize every session and overall professionalism, I would highly recommend Kure Pilates.

In the last 6 months, since my first time at Kure, I have experienced a lot of improvement in the overall stability of my body and this has certainly alleviated some of the post surgery pain that I had been experiencing. This is a must do as part of most athletic post surgery rehabilitation.

I've been going to Kure for 2 years now and it's been so helpful for me and my body. They paired me perfectly with Malene and she's great at working with my past injuries and limitations. As a photographer, I carry a lot of heavy equipment and contort my body in different ways while I shoot. I've found that since going to Kure, I'm less sore after shoots. Can't recommend them enough!!

I've been going to Kure since the fall and absolutely love it! My body feels stronger and longer. I really feel the difference when doing other activities. My endurance is much greater. I've worked out with a few different instructors and have had positive experiences with each. Their schedule is great and you'll most often find someone available. There's also a great vibe there. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

My instructor Malene has been a godsend! I go once a week and I have been pain free since starting! No more aleve. I feel better and always look forward to going to my weekly appointment. Worth every penny!

I have been going to Kure Pilates for almost 3 years now - before, during and after pregnancy. Pilates has kept my body strong and flexible. Most of all, I think it helped with my labor and recovery! Krysta has been my instructor, however the entire Kure staff is great - very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Kure!

Top professionals pleasant studio top of the line equipment and staff with amazing knowledge to guide using the equipment.
I love the Studio I found out people like me I am mature and was not in the best shape I have met these amazing experiences trained people we are all members of Kure and Krysta knows how to adjust to every level.
I strongly recommend it give it a try i love what it did to my life.
