I have been going to Kure for roughly 6 months and it's been an extremely positive experience. Krysta was recommended by my physical therapist to help rebuild strength and gain stability, after a surgery. Between Krysta's knowledge, experiences, motivation to learn about a specialized issue (like mine), ability to customize every session and overall professionalism, I would highly recommend Kure Pilates.
In the last 6 months, since my first time at Kure, I have experienced a lot of improvement in the overall stability of my body and this has certainly alleviated some of the post surgery pain that I had been experiencing. This is a must do as part of most athletic post surgery rehabilitation.
