I really enjoy training at Renzo Gracie Hoboken. Professor Rob Constance delivers high level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a fun and inviting atmosphere. The first thing you feel while training here is that your are part of a team. I highly recommend training here!
Awesome place to train and awesome teachers - if you want a workout and to learn something useful while breaking a sweat, train at Renzo Gracie - Both the BJJ and Muay Thai programs are the best workout in town hands down!
