One of the best gyms you can ever be a member of! Not only does the staff push you to perform at your best- they make you feel like family!!! A shame there is no gym like theirs in North Carolina- it makes it all the more a treat when we go visit them in bay ridge! Definitely take one Tommy's classes- his boxing drills are what I live for!!!
One of the best gyms in bayridge!. I started here when it first opened and never left. This place is amazing. The trainers are so motivating. They really care about the people they are working with and want to see you reach your goals. They are friendly as well as the staff. I never felt intimidated. The training is on point. I learned correct way to do numerous exercises without hurting myself including boxing that I never learned anywhere else. The classes are great.. there are so many to choose from, total body workouts, trx, yoga, barre, spin, even my kids have enjoyed the kids classes. This gym has something for everyone! The environment is warm, friendly and super fun and not to mention the facility is fully stocked with the latest best equipment to workout and the place is super CLEAN!!! I can go on.its become my second home!. If you want a real workout join HIT Factory!
