Shanti Baby Yoga is the best!! You get an excellent workout and meet amazing women. Michelle is very knowledgeable and gives you insight as to what's going on with your new mama body and how to focus on your connection with your baby.

I've been practicing yoga with Michelle for many years. She's extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful approach. She's recommended specific poses or modifications of poses when I've come to class with an injury or ailment. Her classes have helped me to feel stronger, more flexible, and more balanced. Practicing yoga with Michelle will help you to feel healthier in your body, mind, and spirit.

I took pre-natal and Mama/baby yoga with Michelle at Shanti Baby. She is a wonderful teacher. Working with her strengthened my bond with my child. Her classes are calming, yet fun. I have also made great friends through her class and am grateful to her for that.

I've been practicing with Michelle for almost eight years off and on, and during that time, I've gotten to know her very well. I can't imagine a better teacher or classroom experience! I feel that yoga is about finding a challenge for yourself, not being pushed towards something, and Michelle is first and foremost a facilitator. She gives opportunities, not orders, if that makes sense. Every class flows with the energy of the students, and she's like the conductor of our symphony of sweat. Some days we rock, other days we serenade, but it's always spirited, centered, and interesting. I look forward to every class, and can without reservation recommend her to any experience level of yogi, and especially to new moms and moms-to-be. Her expertise with prenatal and mommy & me yoga is unmatched in the area, and my wife and I even took a "Yoga for Childbirth" course with her that taught us both ways to help make our birth experience more centered and natural.

Give Michelle a try. You won't be disappointed!

Yoga and Reiki with Michelle at Shanti was an uplifting and positive experience. I was diagnosed with MS and a seizure disorder a couple of years ago. My illness created immobility issues and diminished my physical and mental well being. Michelle has a tremendous heart and soul. She was kind enough to come my home frequently to help. She tailored the yoga to my capabilities and I began to see improvements with mobility. Michelle also worked with me on Reiki which helped tremendously with my mental and physical well being. Her meditation techniques made me feel relaxed and grounded with positive energy. She was extremely knowledgable, supportive and patient with me. She has a big beautiful heart and anyone that has the opportunity to work with her will not be disappointed. I think of her as one of my guiding angels.
