During our Stay-at-Home mandate with fitness studios and gyms closed, it's great Harmony Pilates is offering small virtual classes via Zoom. Not only can I start my mornings "moving" with my favorite instructors, but the class is interactive with personal guidance as when we're in-class. Yes, shoulders out of the ears!
