Asana Soul Practice is one of the best studios in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. As a yoga instructor, I appreciate the quality of the teachers who tailor their classes to the variety of bodies and minds within the studio. The class variety allows you to create a yoga practice that is unique. Both studios are modern and simple, with friendly front desk staff.

Mostly gone for the byo baby classes, which are wonderful! Good mix of community time, yoga for me and engagement of baby.
Oh- and their store has delicious chocolate for sale which never hurts.
I was staying in Hoboken for a work trip and I took advantage of the new student unlimited special, and I'm so glad I did. The teachers and staff were all friendly, the space is pretty (love the murals), the props are plentiful, and it felt so good to just move. There are multiple classes each day that run on time, and I was able to take 5 classes that fit my schedule that week. I am grateful to each teacher for their instruction, and to the studio for providing so much consistent opportunity for practice - you were the highlights of an otherwise mundane January work trip to the Northeast! I will return and I would recommend to anyone in Hoboken looking to move and breathe. Thank you!
I really like this yoga studio. I've only been a few times, but the instructors are so nice and so patient. I like that the use of props to help enhance moves is encouraged. I also like the schedule they offer. I can always find a class to fit my busy days. The teachers also make the time to get to know me and ask me my name. I really like how welcome I am there.
Such a special space! Asana Soul Practice stands out among Hoboken studios due to the warm, welcoming atmosphere and a genuine focus on the traditional practice of yoga. The instructors are well versed on technique and also provide meaningful spiritual insights. It's a perfect balance! Aside from the regular schedule, the full moon meditations and sound baths are an added bonus that allow for community building and positive manifestation. Definitely recommend for any yogis in the area!
The most welcoming, friendly, and fun yoga studio I've ever been to. Lucianna leads incredible yin yoga sessions & Melanie's flow classes always have taught me more about myself! Highly recommend any class there.

My girlfriend asked me to come with her to the opening night event and we both had a really nice time. We could only make it to the sound bath, but we instantly felt welcomed and had an extremely pleasant experience overall! The staff is amazing and the energy is pure and calming. I will most definitely be returning and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a place to heal and be present in the stressful and sometimes overwhelming world around us.
