Love this place. Great gym with great people. CrossFit gets a bad rep but based on this place it's pretty unwarranted. Workouts are all different and it's never boring. Coaches also tailor workouts to accommodate injuries or other movement limitations. I highly recommend it for anyone considering trying out CrossFit.
This box is awesome. The the coaches are informative,thorough, and insanely positive. And also, I suggest that everyone give the nutrition program a try as well. Elizabeth Lozzino is incredible and will help you get started on the right path of your cross fit journey. You'll never eat the same again!
The coaches are great, and the workouts are best-in-class. Some CrossFit gyms seem to offer all sorts of flavor-of-the-month classes and gimmicky programming, but this one has stayed true to what works, and it shows in how strong the community is and the progress that people are making.
The facility is a perfect urban CrossFit box. Plenty of space for medium-size classes, with every piece of equipment you could want.

Dropped in for a class while I was in town. The gym was awesome! Everybody was super nice and welcoming, and the coach (Travis) was excellent. The workout was great and just the right amount of challenging. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area!

Great hospitality and coaching!
Came here as a drop-in for two days. Great place! People were very friendly and welcoming. Instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. There's plenty of equipment, and they even offer In Body analysis. There's a nice community feel; members are clearly friends and have fun. They even cheered me on when I tried 18.3! The next time I'm visiting the area I'll be back

Awesome gym and great community. I have been a member of many gyms and a few CrossFits....and this one tops them all by miles. Coaches are terrific and genuine plus the overall community is diverse, inclusive and welcoming. I am pretty picky about a lot of things...including gyms...and I am really happy I made the choice to join when I moved to JC a year ago.
